Ethereum is painting a quietly bullish picture while the crowd panics. On the 4-hour chart, the technicals tell a clear story: EMA 9 at 1,964.60 sits above EMA 21 at 1,961.87, and the MACD histogram shows +5.90 momentum — both classic bullish alignment signals that have held through the fear cycle. The RSI sits at 57.53, comfortably in neutral territory — no overextension, plenty of room to run.
Support has been tested at 1,935.27 (两次 touches) and held. Resistance at 2,031.28 is the next logical ceiling, but given the positioning I'm seeing in the order flow, that level is more of a formality than a wall.
Here is what matters: net outflow of USD 1.27M from Ethereum over the past 12 hours. Not massive in absolute terms, but telling in context — 148 outflow transactions moved USD 5.51M while only 131 inflows brought in USD 4.25M. Holders are pulling ETH off exchanges into cold storage. That is accumulation, not distribution.
The Binance wallets are shuffling — a single internal transfer of 21,748 ETH (USD 43.68M) crossed my desk this morning. Internal rotations like this typically precede either cold storage repositioning or OTC desk activity. Either way, the supply is moving away from exchange hot wallets.
Derivatives tell a similar story of controlled risk. Funding sits marginally positive at 0.00004986, neither the manic long squeeze of a rally nor the funding crush of a shorts' paradise. Open interest is flat at USD 3.69B with zero liquidations in 24 hours — this is a market that has already purged leverage. When OI goes flat during panic, smart money is positioning for the next move with a clean slate.
Fear & Greed at 14 — Extreme Fear — would have you believe Ethereum is crashing. The headlines whisper about Vitalik selling and regulatory uncertainty. But the chain tells a different story: outflows, not inflows. Technicals that are bullish, not broken. A funding environment that has already wrung out the leverage.
Meanwhile, BlackRock's Ethereum play is building quietly in the background, and the Clarity Act conversation is drawing institutional attention to the asset class. The setup is hiding in plain sight.
Watch the 1,935 support zone. If it holds through this fear cycle, the path to 2,031 and beyond opens up. follow the money.
